When your furniture is ready to ship, we will email you shipping details so that you can follow your shipment all the way to your home. We'll send a premium white glove furniture delivery service to deliver your order on your pre-scheduled date. A professional delivery team will bring your furniture into the room of your choice and remove all of the packing materials from your home.
All items are factory packaged and brand new.

We can ship anywhere in the United States plus Canada and Puerto Rico. There will be an additional shipping charge for orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
101 Day Risk-Free Return Policy
Try the Perfect Sofa in your home, risk-free, for 101 days. If you don't love your new sofa, for any reason, we'll take it back and we'll cover half of the return shipping. Simply call or email us within 101 days of your delivery and we'll schedule the pick-up and return of your Perfect Sofa. We'll manage the entire process for you and refund you back for the entire cost of your purchase minus 50% of the return shipping costs.
- For returns, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include the name the order was placed under, your order number and the pieces you plan to return.
- Call us at (855) 908-3316 to let us know when your furniture is ready to be picked up. Unlike other companies who make you arrange your own return shipping, we will be happy to do this for you. Why? If you do it on your own, you will have to pay standard shipping rates and we are happy to share our deeply discounted volume rates with you. Even if you weren't happy for some reason, we hope our prompt assistance with your return will allow you to recommend Perfect Sofa to friends and family.
No worries damage protection
What happens if something gets damaged on its way to you? Don't worry, we take care of everything for you.
Our furniture all ships very well packaged and we use the best transporters in the country to make sure your furniture arrives safely. However, accidents can happen, so we insure every shipment at no cost to you. In the very rare event that something happens, we have dedicated specialists to ensure the problem is resolved for you. We handle all of the paperwork, arrange the technician if needed to come your home and coordinate shipping if a replacement is needed. Our team is with you every step of the way.
Our shipping team will call you 24 hrs in advance to schedule a delivery time.
When the furniture arrives, be sure to inspect it before you sign for it. We want you to be happy with your new sofa, so please let us know if there is something wrong or if anything isn't how you expected it to be.
In the event there is damage, follow these four simple steps:
- Keep all of the good pieces.
- With the driver still there, call us at (855) 908-3316 and we will help you determine if the damaged piece should be kept with you or sent back. Please do not make this decision before speaking with us.
- Sign the Bill Of Lading, making sure to notate the specific damage. State only the facts of the damage.
It is very important that you follow these steps so that we can give you the highest level of customer service.
In the rare event that there is hidden damage that isn't seen until after the driver leaves, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report it. This gives us time to file the claim.
Perfect Sofa reserves the right to attempt to repair or replace manufacturing defects and freight damage at our discretion. Since all of our furniture ships insured, if the piece is damaged we reserve the right to replace or repair the piece. If you do not desire a replacement or repair, you may return it using our 101 Day Risk-Free Return Policy.
We will accept claims for furniture with hidden damage with proof of damage (i.e. pictures, video, etc) within 48 hours of the receiving date.
Any and all manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt of furniture.
Perfect Sofa is not responsible for the repair or exchange due to consumer abuse. Examples of consumer abuse are slices/ink marks/cigarette burns/scratches and scuffs. All furniture is inspected thoroughly prior to shipment and heavy-duty special furniture packaging is used to prevent damages.
Dust covers are for aesthetic purposes only and serve no function for your furniture. Therefore, they are exempt from our manufacturer warranty. In the event that a dust cover is damaged, Perfect Sofa assumes no liability, but will be happy to direct you to a local technician who can replace it. Since it cannot be seen and serves no function, we do not recommend replacing it.
All shipping dates are approximate dates from the manufacturer to Perfect Sofa. Once received, our shipping service usually takes 12-16 business days to ship to our customers. Once the shipping company has you in their system they will then contact you to make final delivery arrangements. We do not guarantee delivery dates as manufacturing and shipping delays can occur. Fortunately, over 95% of our orders meet our scheduled ship dates.
